Mandsaur: Two policemen were celebrating the birthday party of notorious smuggler Pappu Dayama (Banchhada) resident Dodia Meena. The video of this went viral on social media, after which they were suspended. ASI Sunil Kumar Tomar and ASI Jagdish Thakur go to a smuggler’s house to celebrate his birthday and feed the smuggler cake after garlanding him. Liquor and kebabs were served in abundance at the smuggler’s birthday party and there is news of bar dancers also dancing. After this, both the policemen were suspended.
This video is said to be of last month, it was the birthday of Pappu Dayama Banchhada and along with him ASI Sunil Kumar Tomar. The birthday party of both of them took place at Pappu Banchhada’s house and both of them fed cake to each other and also garlanded each other. Many NDPS Act cases are registered against Pappu Banchhada. After this video surfaced, there was a stir in the police department. Other criminals also attended the smuggler’s birthday party, which can be seen in the video.

Action taken after video went viral
Two assistant sub-inspectors of the state police have been suspended for celebrating birthday. An official gave this information on Monday and said that this action was taken after the alleged video of the birthday went viral on social media. Mandsaur Superintendent of Police Abhishek Anand told ‘PTI-Bhasha’ that ASI Sunil Tomar and ASI Jagdish Thakur posted at Naya Abadi police station have been suspended.
