Medchal: BJP MP Etela Rajendra slapped a person in front of everyone in Pocharam in Medchal district of Telangana. After the MP slapped him, the BJP workers present there also beat up this person. A video of this has also surfaced, in which the MP is seen slapping a person.
What is the whole matter?
Actually, BJP MP Etela Rajendra has slapped a person who was doing brokerage by occupying people’s land. The BJP workers present with him also beat him up. The local people had complained to the MP by telling him their ordeal.
Who is Etela Rajendra?
Eetela Rajendra is one of the senior leaders of BJP. He joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in the year 2003 but has been with BJP since 2021. Etela Rajendra has also done student politics. He was elected MLA for the first time in the year 2004. But when Telangana became a new state in 2014, he was made the first Finance Minister here. He remained in this position till 2018 and when the next government came, he was made the Health Minister.
However, later some allegations were made against him and he was removed from the cabinet. After this he left TRS and joined BJP. In the Lok Sabha elections, BJP made him a candidate from Malkajgiri seat and he won from here.
However, this way of BJP MP beating a person has become a topic of discussion. The person was not only beaten by the MP but the BJP supporters present with the MP also beat the person fiercely. It can be seen in the video that kicks and punches are being showered on the person and the BJP MP is also seen angry.
