In a media interview, Yograj Singh claimed to improve the Pakistan team within a year and said, “If I go to Pakistan, I will improve the team within 12 months. You all will miss me. It is all a matter of passion. I train for 12 hours a day. You have to work hard for your countrymen.”
Akhtar, Akram and all other big names were targeted
Yograj Singh also said that it is very easy to make statements while sitting in the commentary box. He said, “I am saying this to everyone. All these players came into the team because of Imran Khan. Is there anyone like him today who can mentor the team? Wasim Akram ji, Waqar Younus and Shoaib Akhtar keep talking about talent. Pakistan is full of talent, someone had tested your talent too. Someone had helped you too to become a big cricketer.”
